COACHING

RUI, Inc. coaching is focused on actual techniques and skills that clients will be able to use within their current work environment. All information provided and every particular skill we teach is based on getting results — right away.

RUI coaching concentrates on interpersonal skills, communication skills, and management and leadership training. We also help clients develop personal goals, new attitudes, listening skills, presentation skills, and self-management capabilities. Additionally, we work with clients to develop short-term and long-term business plans that include a timetable for results. We also provide small group coaching to facilitate teamwork and communication. RUI uses various assessment tools that are straight forward, quick to complete and to the point. We review results together and determine techniques to add until a skill base is developed that our clients are comfortable with. We make follow-up a priority, and ensure that our clients continue to utilize learned skills over time.
